Friendly guy. Wish they had used bike. Wish they had any bike. I would deal with this guy. Easy to connect with him.

This is the absolutely worst company I have ever witnessed. They rented a trailer to my friend, it was supposed to be at the site by 3 was 2hr+ late, there was no water, dirty linens, and the grey water sensor was broken and someone else's effluence was sitting there and though the fellow promised to be back in the a.m. with water he never showed up till late afternoon!! To make matters even worse the battery was dead, they were supposed to pick the trailer up at 3 on Sunday and showed up at 9:00 in the morning!!! Like that was 5 hours early!! Then they had the gall to want to charge them an additional $500.00 cause it was dirty!!! Fortunately the campground owners were so understanding and helped supply power and water to the trailer, making a bad situation a bit more manageable. Shame on Revy and please if you want a decent company to rent from try " Be a Happy Camper 2 " they out shone Revy by far. Both companies had trailer rentals at the campsite we stayed at. No stars for you Revy will never recommend you to anyone!!!

We had a serious two way fridge problem in our Class B and we were booked to leave the next day. Could not find any assistance until we explained our problem to Revy RV. With a lot of effort including other Revy technicians, the problem was resolved. Thanks Guys.. we will be thinking about you superior service as we cross the border to Mexico on December 25th.

I got an oil change, car wash, vacuum. Looks awesome inside smells great. Amazingly fast service. My wife got picked up by the shuttle service which was convenient for her.

I don’t normally do reviews but I have to for this dealer(my first review). The service here is top notch. They will do anything to make you happy. I bought a Husqvarna 701 at a Husqvarna dealer in the lower mainland. Nothing but problems. Now I bring my bike to the island to get my work done. Lots of time and money to get there, but totally worth it.

I can't believe you guys tried to insult my wife by stating that she had a high expectations. Actually, was told on multiple occasions that information would come back after inquiries. All fell short as in no response and this last remark of high expectations is a prime example of, "How Arbutus RV has no respect for customers?"
