I bought my car there. The owner, Paolo, is a great and very trustworthy guy Unfortunately, they don't have a big inventory.

Super easy and efficient process. I got a title loan with them and they allowed me to keep my vehicle during the whole process. I will be back if I need another loan.

Best deals for tired you need. Usually out very quick with the right tires you need. Been using for more than 20 years.

Great store...they have every kind of battery and helpfull friendly staff.

I saw a van I liked online at this dealership so I ask a friend to go and take it for a spin. He did and said it was seamed like a good vehicle. Kyle the salesman called me and we agreed on a price and i told i would come up from Victoria in two days to pick it up. I arranged for someone to come with me to drive it back but when i get there, on the date we agreed, Kyle tells me there is bad news "i sold the van to someone else". The kicker here is that not only did he waste 3 hours of our time but he though he could sell me something else. No reason for him to not let me know other than to potentially sell me . I would suggest you deal with a company that is upfront in their dealings .

I recently purchased a vehicle at Tim's Auto Repair and Used car Sales. I had some concerns shortly after buying the car and returned to speak with Dave. He quickly assured me that he “had my back” and that he would take care of any issues. Sure enough, within a day, my vehicle was returned and the minor issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I can see what they won the “Business of the Year“ award by the Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce. It’s so refreshing in this day and age to find someone who actually stands behind their product(s). It should also be mentioned that the staff I dealt with (Vanessa, Herb and Dave) were super friendly. Vanessa even went out of her way to bring some treats in for my dog. Very good customer service. I needed a part and everybody else said 6-8 weeks but they had it for me the next day. Dropped my car off for maintenance and every time I have been very impressed they are very quick and know what they are doing.

The sales staff handled my car purchase with professional care and attention. This was an out-of-province purchase and in order to get the vehicle registered it had to go through a thorough vehicle inspection. The mechanical inspection found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Five stars every time! I walked in at 3pm to buy my bike, and despite the time crunch to get everything done before closing time, I was able to ride it home. Sales, accounting, and insurance agents made it happen in two hours! Now to get heated gear...
