Incredible service . I bought my used 2014 SRT Jeep Grand Cherokee from Niagara Chrysler. My dream car. Greg Seymore was my salesman . I haven't been treat so well by a sales person in my life. He was very accommodating, easy to talk to and worked his butt off for me. The financing department is incredible and had me approved within days. I have had a couple recalls and issues with my Jeep after I signed the bill of sale and the owners and shop techs have taken great care of me. I will be a repeat customer. Recently purchased a 2005 cobalt from this company. To start off this dealer said they would take care of the plates and stickers for the vehicle. The company charged me for 2 years worth of stickers but only received one. Before driving off the lot i noticed a screw in the back driver side tire. Not a problem as they sent me to "there garage" to remove the screw and check for leaks. So within the first 3 weeks i smelt gas in the rear seats of my vehicle as i put my children in the back seat. As i worried about the safety of my children i decided to take the car to a garage to check it out. Turns out the mechanic would not allow me to take the vehicle because the fuel line connected to the fuel filter was so badly corroded. After paying 340 for new lines and fuel filter i am to this day still worried there will be more problems to come. Currently at 1 month ownership. Thank you currupt motors. Will never buy car here again

This was a great expereience for buying my first car. The staff there was very friends and welcoming. My sales rep Josh Greenall was very caring about walking me through each step of the process. Very upfront about the fact that they can provide me with exactly what I’m looking for. This is definitely the spot to go to if looking for a new or used vehicle. The prices are as accommodating as the staff.

Thorough explanation of car details, all questions answered, smooth and comfortable purchase process, excellent follow-up. I have had the same excellent experience with the service department on more than one occasion. Always greeted pleasantly and by name! Kyle and his service staff listen to the customer and work to please. Concerns dealt with, questions answered, work done in a timely manner, costs similar to past experiences with car maintenance. Follow up phone calls to make sure I am satisfied with the service. Kyle was very obliging, very fair and helpful when I had a couple of unusual mishaps with my car this year! Much appreciated! We came in from Burlington. After an hour and a half waiting - and taking time off work - the service manager informs us that they ordered the wrong part - duh? My wife's 2018 PHEV is not kicking into EV mode and we've only had it 6 months. And forget about using their app - doesn't work, unbelievable. I email the GM to get an answer - ignored. What a joke Mitsubishi is, so amateur. Stick with the big guys like Mohawk Ford - real dealerships, better technology, solid cars, better service.

I got my car fully detailed. It only took a few hours and it looks like a brand new car! They even got a significant barbecue sauce stain out of the trunk. I'm very pleased!
