I bought a 2007 BMW 3-series through Village Motor Sales and it was a great experience. The staff was able to find exactly what I was looking for and made the financing process very easy. Great place; after some research I found out they sold exotics for a long time. Mine is a coupe manual which I can tell he likes to stock for fun. Mostly they sell family imports sedans and vans. If your into manuals and he has one I can gurentee it's ridiculously clean! They also let me leave my truck there for a week when I picked up my new car. It was a great experience. They are deffinetly passionate about cars.

All the cars on lot were in VERY good condition, you can tell this dealer is very picky about their car resale. The car I purchased was in excellent shape and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in helping me finance and drive away with just what I was looking for! I loved Avery, the service intake advisor, she went out of her way to be helpful and considerate. However my 4x4 is now not working and it was working when i went in. Imagine my surprise when we had a nice heavy snow fall and I went to engage 4x4 and it wasn't there.. I will be calling about this.

From the first stop in to picking up the new truck they were great. Personalized service, friendly and knowledgeable. Have had a lot of work done here. Just got declined an emergency appointment for leaking fuel on my car because there "too busy" . Had other issues with squeaking brakes that were done wrong when I had my rotors and pads changed and also had my air conditioner refilled and within a month leaked out , they wanted 1000$ to replace the whole a/c. They also told me a part had to be replaced at risk of the wheel possibly falling off and said it was loose. When I checked it was fine, not loose, and still have not had anyone else tell me it needed to be replaced since and have not had any issues with it. Poor customer service in service department in some cases. Sales staff is okay.

I would be CAUTIOUS before signing any document with this company to inquire about reading ALL the paperwork on the vehicle BEFORE making any purchase. A significant document indicating some damage on the vehicle .. was conveniently withheld from us - ( I happened to see it and read it - AFTER signing the purchase contract. ) While we still did purchase the vehicle... this did not show honesty and integrity of the dealership.

YES, YES, and YES. That's pretty much their answer to any service request, even when I feel I am stretching it a bit. I have dealt with 3-4 different advisors this past year or so (most recently Kumayl), but it always has been the same high quality of service. Only the second auto service place that has ever --fully-- satisfied me.

Great little.shop Owner Val is helpful and easy to talk with. He doesnt have motorcycles but was helpful in checking to see if he had an oil filter for my bike. We cross checked and yes he does..Saves me a trip to Hamilton or Waterloo and helps support a local business. If you need sometjing for your Suzuki..see Val..he may be able to help !
