Thrifty confirms my Priceline reservation but when I arrived they has “no record” of their commitment despite acknowledging that the reservation number was theirs. They had no available cars and refused to help to resolve the problem by inquiring to see if a car could be secured from another location.

Called Auto Europe on phone because we couldn't get the senior discount to work. Ricky was very helpful and changed out existing reservations to reflect the discount and also to a different company that offered total coverage, including wheels, tires, mirrors, etc. for a better price than the previous company. Easy to use 800 number and everyone speaks English very well.

The previous review was not for enterprise. It was meant for drive time. There was a glitch for some reason. We unfortunately have had to rent from enterprise often due to our cars being down. This enterprise. Has been more than accommodating. Sorry about the reviews being mixed up. No idea how that happened.
