I only rent from these guys. Amazing customer service, cars are always plentiful and available, and always clean - ready for when I need it.

Very professional and great service. We had a mix up getting our deposit refunded but once it was brought to their attention they took care of everything. Good quality cars and flexible service.

Charging an extra $20/day for winter tires DURING WINTER in Alberta seems criminal! This should be a standard safety item for cars rented in a place with snow. My car can barely get out of the parking lot and there's 2in on the ground. You wouldn't charge extra for seatbelts, would you?? Not recommended.

Have rented many vehicles from various places, this place always impresses me.. never have any issues, get upgraded without a second thought whenever my chosen vehicle isn't available, quickly adjust my rental when I need it for another day, and Prices are very reasonable.. the people who show me to the car are also extremely friendly and super helpful.. good place all around!

This place price gauges for fuel. How does 18 liters (roughly about 4.5 gallons) equate to $39 US Dollars. This should be illegal and should be stopped. BTW - for some reason you can't just top off your vehicle anywhere - you have to prepay for gas. I don't know how much a rental takes to top off. Beyond frustrating.

Amazing service. Very nice people and cheap car rental Calgary airport. One of the cheapest rentals in Calgary airport. Thanks for making my trip to Calgary smooth . Shuttle service was promt and drop off was quick too. Highly recommended.

If I could give them MORE stars I would! The cars are clean and fresh smelling. The staff is wonderful and have the time to chat.(they should give other businesses lessons on customer service1) I have booked from them 2 times in the last month. Hertz here in Airdrie is a hidden gem!
