good service

good customer service believe me you will see the difference between other avis!!!!!!!

Bonne expérience ils nous aident vraiment lorsqu'on est mal pris

I reserved an SUV for a wedding and baptism weekend, sent in a copy of my license as requested for the reservation and asked for a confirmation, which I never got. I called the next day to request a confirmation, they told me "no problem, just send you email", which I did. Still no response. I showed up on the day I was supposed to pick up the SUV, which is nowhere to be seen, and the door is locked, so I call, and am told "oh I rented it to someone else". To which I objected profusely, and was told "let me see if I can find you something else. I'll call you back in 10 minutes." And lo an behold, no call. Worst service I've ever received, where reservations by phone mean Nothing. I had to make last minute accommodations elsewhere. For a wedding.

Excellent service, fast, huge stock

Great staff - very helpful in getting me the right rental for my needs.

quick service, but still expansive.

Descent pricing and clean cars

Absolutely the worst unprofessional and unreliable service I have ever had with a rental company. We had reserved a business vehicle for the company, given email confirmation of the exact vehicle, then was later told they could not provide the vehicle we were promised and required for our job. When I asked the representative to identify himself he actually refused to provide his name. These guys are a total joke and I will never be doing business with them again ! Terrible !

Very good place to rent a cart. A good staff and good services

Personnel efficace et courtois. Voiture impeccable.
