Cleaning

Fast, efficient and friendly!

HORRIBLE Cleaning company.. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Xcelcor Cleaning has been nothing but a pain & stress. This company was hired to clean my condo as I'm injured due to a MVA (which the company knows). They show up 30 to an hour later then the appointment time, they leave before the hour and a half is up. They Spot clean, check off their cleaning list that they've done everything but always miss things. Condo does not smell clean or look clean, has smelled like cigarettes(I don't smoke) and smelled like old dirty towels. Cancelled appointments day of appointment. I have complained multiple times to the office lady & there has never been a resolution. She's sent other cleaners the week after and said it would be re-clean appointment yet they charged me. Also these two new cleaners did not do a good job. The office lady told me that I should be home to tell the cleaners how and where to clean? LOL these cleaners are "professionals" I shouldn't have to tell them how to clean. If you want a half A$$ job for 150$ then this is the cleaning company for you.

Horrible service, convinced my elderly mother they were sent to her home by family member. Did minimum work, then would not take a check, and made my 80 year old mother go to a bank machine, while they sat on the pation in shorts and tshirts smoking cigarettes, when she returned did not give a receipt or list of work done. Do not use them!

Friendly and great service.

They were fast and efficient with getting my 5 items dry cleaned. Good service and workers.

Rosemary Cleaners goes above and beyond for their customers. Very lucky to have stumbled upon them!

Fast but crappy men's haircut. He'll cut your hair in 5 minutes and do a bad job of it. Not personable either. Would avoid.

Grimebusters have been cleaning our home for years and they never fail to do an exceptional job. I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service. I had a suit were the pant leg had a stubborn stain on it , the owner offered to keep it a few days more to get it out . I didn't even know that the stain there ! Really quick turnaround on drop offs . Highly recommended.

Dry clean my black wind coat, when pickup and found some place worn out with white spots. Owner discussed with me and explained what was happened, and also give me suggestion… feel he is responsible person, no one can avoid all risks, but at least can face and fix it responsibly. Good work.

I gave my suit for dry clean and when I was about to wear my suit for party I seen my suit was burn on different different spots then next day I went to show them and I talk to manager and he said straight forward we can never do that it’s not are fault. I said is it anything you can do for me he said no I can’t do anything then I told him don’t worry I will definitely right down your review on google so people should check before they leave and he replied you can right whatever you want I know how to delete reviews on google please think before you go to this place, worst service ever very bad customer service

Be ware as they seem to price it randomly rather than following their price list

Phenomenal clothing alterations here. I had some of my clothes tailored and all of them were readjusted perfectly. This is the best place to go for quality.

Jan came highly recommended, and for good reason. He has incredible attention to detail and is very thorough in his work. He is very personable, too. Thanks Jan!

We didn't get the chance to experience their cleaning services, but their regional director, Kevin Chace, was very rude and unprofessional.
