My experience was so amazing.Dr.marignani is one of the best woman doctors I ever had.Also the staff in strathory hospital for per-op were outstanding.Tammy was my nurse and I'll never forget her so is sweet nurse and is passionate about her job.She took the time to explain everything to me.Dr.marignani & Tammy get more then five stars.I give them ten stars for there hard work and patients and there dedication to helping people.thank you kindly for everything😍🤗💕Brenda lee

Dr Richards is an an internationally respected board certified plastic surgeon, and we as Canadians are so lucky that he is still in Canada, and in a minor market like London, Ontario. He is extremely polite, kind and empathetic, and looks for the best solution for the patient, not the most interesting or expensive procedure, but the one that will yield the best results for the particular patient. He is also a Professor of Medicine, so he teaches and keeps current in plastics, which is very important when you are looking for an MD (my father is an MD as well). He will answer and address all your concerns in your consultation, and make you feel a good deal better about yourself than when you started the appointment. I highly recommend this surgeon, and his excellent staff!

I met with Dr Heaton and his staff on Dec 20,2017 to have some moles removed on my face that I have had since childhood. When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and didn’t wait long until I was called in by the nurse. The nurse was very friendly and was quick to get all my information and answered any questions that I had! Dr Heaton came in and I felt very comfortable with him. He outlined all my options and made sure I was well informed. He was very knowledgeable in his field and I felt like he was the right guy for the job so I went ahead and had moles removed that day. Dr Heaton was great at explaining what was going to happen and how to take care of myself afterward. Very detailed in his approach for the best results! I also asked him questions about other procedures he performed and he was more that happy to answer! He came across to me as the type of doctor that will only do the procedure if it will turn out right! Not just looking to make a buck! Very happy with my experience and will definitely be back if needed for other services!!

Dr. Diamantis and his staff are wonderful. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a doctors office. I will definitely use him for all my future needs.

I love this place, the girls that work there are so awesome, friendly and helpful and Dr. Youn is so great. He is very personable and caring. The best of the best here!

Office management is poor. 1st visit, no one greeted me in the office and I was there for like 10 min. Finally, I stood in front of the desk, four people behind the desk not one looked up and greeted me. I had to be the one to say HI my name is patient blah blah. It was embarrassing! 2nd visit, took the day off work with out pay for a mid morning appointment. The building is closed! I'm home now and still no one has called me to tell me my appointment isn't valid. This is not good.

Dr. Ellen is wonderful and so is her staff! They were beyond amazing. I’ve never met suck nice people. Her office is nice and they offer so much information. She is very patient and kind and listens to you completely, and she doesn’t rush you.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and the patient always comes first. I highly recommend them.
