Dr. Ellen is wonderful and so is her staff! They were beyond amazing. I’ve never met suck nice people. Her office is nice and they offer so much information. She is very patient and kind and listens to you completely, and she doesn’t rush you.

The worst doctor ever. Don’t be fooled by the reviews, it’s all been written by his staff and relatives. Charged me 13000 dollars for breast lift , implants and arm lift. Woke up to know he didn’t do the lift, he inserted the tear shaped implants instead of round. The arms and breasts are sagging. I have tried talking to him to either fix or return my money, he refused to and now after almost 2 years of not going anywhere with that doctor, I have to Warn people from going to him. He will say so much before the surgery, he even signed on the contract at the hospital that he will be doing this this and that, but he simply didn’t. BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR BODY, TRUST ME , YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE HORRIBLE RESULTS, YOU WILL EMOTIONALLY SUFFER AND HE SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY.

Dr. Boyd isn't the only rockstar in this office, Diana is a sweetheart and she's on top of her game. I always feel a little prettier after leaving!

Dr. Zuliani is literally the only person that I would trust with my face. He basically reconstructed my nose using cartilage from another area, fixing a horrible non-elective surgery that I had done by a different surgeon. I never thought it would be able to look so good again. I have also been getting botox from him for years now. He is the best there is, I would never go to anyone else!

Dr. Freedland and his staff are awesome. I was botched by another Dr. And went to Dr Freedland to see what if anything could be done. He did amazing and I am so much happier now. Quit searching and go here.

Had T.tuck on 7/10/2017 by Christopher Falcon.. I had a very good experience, staff were very nice and the Doctor was great. Good bedside manners and to top it off my results are amazing...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. FALCON to anyone..I will definitely go back to him if I need anything else done..👍

I personally will not return to this facility unless I need hip surgery again. I have experiences with four docs here and here is the quick summary: Their medical record situation – very poor. They do not use mychart like summa and Cleveland clinic so if you go to other doctor outside of their clinic they cannot see your records. Crystal Clinic makes you fill out papers and wait days to get your films/records etc and CHARGES you for them if you go to another doctor. Billing – horrible. They billed me the same $70 charge for months. I repeatedly called and was told that my payment had been applied to the wrong account and they would fix it. After months of calling the $70 charge was sent to a bill collector! You feel like cattle if you go to their Montrose facility. You actually get a pager and wait through this long process to even be checked in. The Doctors: Dr. Laskovski – Brilliant – best hip surgeon in the area if you need arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Brower – seriously needs to lose his license. No bedside manner and blew off a potential paralyzing condition. Dr. Bennett – arrogant! Diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis when I had a bone fracture. Go to Jeff Junko at Summa if you need a foot/ankle surgeon. Dr. Kay – again too arrogant to properly diagnose you. Their physical therapy in Green is exceptional!
