Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery

I have had Dr. Rafai do a couple of procedures. Every time he has taken so much time with me. He is a true artist!! I have recommended him to many people and everyone has RAVED about the results!!

Excellent care. Doctor Fortin is both professional and pleasant. She answers questions readily and explains the intervention required to address one's condition in a clear and respectful manner. I highly recommend her.

I am very pleased that I picked this place to have my surgery. I ended up very pleased with my results, and any time I called in the staff was always more than happy to answer any question and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. It was very nice to have a happy voice answer the phone and always made me feel more comfortable, and made this journey very relaxing. The nurses and surgeon were very helpful and always willing to answer questions or explain a process that I didn't fully understand. I felt confident in my procedure, and never felt unsure of what was going to happen. I recommend this place highly to anyone injuring about plastic surgery. I will definitely come back for any future consults or surgeries/cosmetic procedures!

I went to several plastic surgeons before coming to Dr. Derosa. Don't waste your time going to anyone else. She and her entire staff made me feel incredibly comfortable. She very detailed in answering questions. She took her time with me and never made me feel as if she was in a hurry to see anyone else. I had breast implants removed and was terrified thinking about how I would look after. I don't know how she did it...but I feel great and am so happy with my results!

Dr. DeRosa did beautiful work and her team is fantastic! She is incredibly smart, caring, and so hard working! I felt 100% confident from start to finish and I'm so happy with my results!!

The staff at Skin Perfection of Southfield were very warm and friendly. I was referred to Dr. Tina Pickett by my primary physician, she immediately put me at ease when she entered the exam room through her professionalism and her down-to-earth demeanor.

I'm bummed. The derm office closed up. Anna is gone.
