I’ve been using APS for years and I’m always happy with my results. The staff is amazing, they always make me feel very comfortable. They take the time and explain what procedures are best for me to keep my skin looking good. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Dr. McCafferty, Kristen and the rest of the staff that has helped me are amazing. I had lost hope after seeing another plastic surgeon for more than two years for just a minor scar with no success, only worsened the problem. After just a short month of Dr. McCafferty taking control, I saw a world of difference. A next nothing scar!! Friends and family who saw what I had and what I have now can't believe it. He even got me in on a busy day to take a quick look at it when I had a concern. I can not thank him and his staff enough. Also, this is a reminder as to why you always do your research because you chose a doctor from the beginning!

I never been there but the lady who schedules appointments is useless. I called to move my appointment to a later day, because I am a college student. I asked if I could make an appointment on a Friday and she explained that they don’t do consults on Friday and I totally understood that, but then I tried to see if they had anything available in the mornings on a Monday or Wednesday and she explained they didn’t so I asked for the next month and she just said “we don’t” After 10 minutes of trying to figure out a date since she couldn’t tell me anything or give me any help to make an appointment I gave up. Clearly I’m not the assistant and clearly I can’t see what dates are available. She was very useless.

i would never recommend johns or artisan PS to anyone. johns is a charlatan and thinks he knows more than another doctor. he ruined my eyes by removing the muscle that holds the lower eyes up to the eyeball. he gave me fat lumps from his "i never had a fat lump from my fat transfer and even removed fat lumps from another doctor." here is pics of his work, you be the judge.

His bedside manner was wonderful and the results are very natural! The girls that do the injections are great, they are not overly aggressive, but really listen to what you as the patient want. Very pleased with all of my visits here.
