In September of 2015, I saw Dr. Rubinstein for a rhinoplasty. I used to have frequent, chronic sinus infections, one after another. However, I haven’t had any sinus infections since my surgery. I’m so pleased with Dr. Rubinstein’s procedure. Originally, a friend recommended Dr. Rubinstein. Then, I did lots of online research and found Dr. Rubinstein has excellent reviews. At the consultation, Dr. Rubinstein was so professional, and his staff was informative about my procedure and the healing process. I love my results, especially since I haven’t had a single infection since my procedure. I will be recommending Dr. Rubinstein to my friends because he is such a kind and supportive doctor.

Made an appointment. Arrived 50 min early before the appointment and completed all paperwork. 30 minutes after my actual appointment start time I walked up and I asked to reschedule since they were late, and while doing that they called my name to go back to the exam room (this was at apx 35 min after appointment) I waited in exam room for another 15 minutes and finally politely left. I received no follow up call to reschedule at another time. Not great customer service. So I called them and advised I would not reschedule. Anyway, bad day, sigh. Going to try someplace else.

You can be assured that you have chosen the best plastic surgeon in our state when you have chosen Dr. Lichten. Perfection is his standard and your concerns will be met with sensitivity and his expertise will be evident in the excellent result.

I recommend this place to anyone! Such a nice clinic with qualified staff. They're always welcoming and they make you feel amazing and at ease Dr Dionisopoulos is the most qualified and respectable Dr I know. I feel so blessed to know him. I switched doctors from Dr. Holley to Dr. Elluru in 2010, but Dr. Holley's office took my medical records causing me a huge inconvenience today while I was awaiting treatment with Dr. Elluru. The office people were snotty on the phone and gave me a hard time about requesting my own medical records which they should not have kept in the first place.

Great service and even better results. Been going there for years now and when I did try another place for treatment the results were horrible, so I came back to this clinic for correction. Staff are very knowledgeable and will answer all questions you may have!

Dr McMahan was very personable and exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend both he and the practice.

Removal of varicose veins resulted in ugly dark scars on one leg, and I had not been warned prior to surgery that it could happen. Should I had known, I would have consulted another surgeon or decided not to proceed with the operation. It seems there are ways and procedures to ensure dark scars do not happen. My eyelid operation looks ok at first glance, but one eye feels definitely more comfortable than the other one that required additional anesthetic during surgery. The scar on the « less successful” eye is also longer than the other one and fortunately can be covered with concealer. The follow-up on the surgery was a fast glance without removing my eye make-up. The reason why I am giving 2 stars is that the procedure to eliminate minor veins on one leg went very well.
