I really enjoy visiting Dr. Karimi's office-- it's clean, the front desk people are friendly (Robbie knows me by name) and although I have yet to work with the esthetician there, she is always nice, too. I've been seeing their office for about a year and a half now, getting Xeomin and microneedling to remove scars. Their work is pretty flawless, though I do often need more than one microneedling session to remove darker spots. One thing I'm saddened by though is the recent transfer of Neethi (the RN) to another office. She's great at her job (and her rates are a bit less than Dr. Karimi), and unfortunately left when we had an upcoming session scheduled. I will miss her! It's tough to get used to new people working on you (almost like a hair dresser!) So I will just have to see how the new RN is. Overall, I highly recommend this office for all your aesthetic needs.

Where do I start? From the staff, to the decor, to the AMAZING Dr. Ben, this operation has it all. Everyone here is so warm and friendly, I didn't even feel like I was in a doctor's office. I live in Boston, home to some excellent medical care, so why did I travel to California to see Dr. Massry? I had what I thought was simple eye surgery from a top plastic surgeon at Mass General. However, he took too much skin and my eyes wouldn’t close, causing cosmetic and functional damage. I spent almost 10 years trying to have this repaired and the functional problems (e.g. dry eye) remediated. I had three more surgeries and countless visits to eye specialists. All of them were “top notch” Boston doctors. All of them charged a lot of money, none of them fixed the problems. And went it didn’t work, they said they did their best, but there was no way to fix my problem—I was beyond repair. Then someone told me about Dr. Massry and I did some research. He specializes in the hardest cases, often fixing botched surgeries. I made the trip to California and, stated simply, he finally fixed my eyes both cosmetically and functionally. And he did it with both expertise and compassion for the shame I felt for all of the bad decisions I had made. I am not exaggerating to say this changed my life: I don’t spend every day putting artificial tears and ointment in my eyes; I am not embarrassed when I look in the mirror. I would say if you have something you need repaired, go to him FIRST and don’t go to doctors that don’t specialize in fixing difficult problems. He is, in my view, a miracle worker.

I've been wanting to have my nose done for years and have seen a few doctors for consultation. No one made me feel comfortable until I met Dr. Jumaily! His honesty, kindness and assurances made me feel at ease. He listened to my concerns and gave me his honest opinion on the best options for my nose. Finally I decided to go with fillers (Juvederm) to enhance the bridge of my nose. His techniques are amazing and I didn't feel any pain! I suffered no bruising or swelling and my nose looked great in just a few minutes!!!! Dr Jumaily is truly gifted and extremely professional!! I'm very happy with the results! Dr Barret and staff are great, they all work well together and are there to make you feel comfortable. I could tell I am in good hands. Dr Barrett is very particular and detailed with everything he does. I love he wants everything to look natural. So thankful to have found such an awesome Dr.

Wow! First of all let me just say that two days after I got my Breast Implants done I was in zero pain. Yep I said it, no pain at all. Can you believe that? It has been about four weeks now and I am more than pleased with the results. I told Dr. Minniti that I was going for more of a natural look and he nailed it. At my consultation he sat with me for almost an hour educating me on Breast Implants. I was so grateful to him for doing that because I learned things in that discussion that led me to make the decision I did. I chose to use silicone for the implant and enter the breast inframammary. I didn't doubt his thoughts or opinions once, everything he had to share with me made perfect sense. Dr Minniti's staff is awesome. They made me feel really good about going through with the surgery and guaranteed that I would be happy once it was all done. Everyone was so gentle and encouraging, I was fearless when scheduling my surgery appointment. I was confident that I was in the right hands. I felt comfortable with Dr. Minniti from start to finish. Over the last couple of weeks I have coincidentally had conversations with other women who are considering getting "some work done" ;) as well and I tell them all, go see Dr. Minniti NOW! Dr. Charles Spenler is extremely competent, compassionate, and skilled as a cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Spenler successfully performed a complex surgery on my teenager. She needed a treatment that our insurance company repeatedly denied -- thereby exacerbating the problem by giving more time for the unsightly problem to grow. Dr. Spenler and his team worked with the insurance company and my teen in a caring and patient manner. Dr. Spenler and his associates' bedside manner were outstanding, as has been his follow-up months after my daughter's procedure. Since we have ethnic skin, the potential for complications is high and Dr. Spenler takes a proactive and protective approach to prevent its recurrence. Dr. Spenler and his team have my highest recommendation.
