I was initially very nervous about choosing to see a counsellor, but upon arrival I was made to feel very safe, accepted, and welcome. Coslyn very quickly made me feel like I was a friend coming to talk about what I needed to, casting no judgement, and indeed expanding upon what I told her to bring me to a deeper awareness of myself and what was happening. While it was by no means easy to open up, she made the process a much easier one in which I felt supported and understood in doing so. I'm looking forward to seeing her again, gaining further revelations, and working towards my goals with her help. Highly recommended!
