Courier

Wow, where to start. Our package is three days late. After being placed on the truck for two days, and not delivered. With a delivery 'window of between 8am and 8pm, they have wasted 24 hours of our time, that one of us was tied up waiting to be available to receive the delivery. Today, our package has not even been placed on the truck. After 2 hours on hold, we were told someone would call us to follow up this morning. No call, no answer at the extensions given us... They don't deliver well, or provide good customer service. So I'm not sure what it is they actually do well.

If any one gets service from Knight Courier more than once they will know that Knight Courier doesn't do UPS. I found their service to be excellent! The drivers go out of their way to help, they are friendly, and the staff is as well very friendly as well. I do believe if customers know what they are receiving and know where it is coming from it does help the experience. Customers need to know that little towns don't get serviced every day, it is impossible. Knight Courier was fantastic, I give their service a 10/10

We have a short parking lot behind our dock so we can't receive 52' semis for freight. We have all of our LTL shipments sent to Capitol and they take care of bringing it out to us on a straight truck. Always great service, and the added bonus that I don't have to have anyone around waiting at 8am for a possible delivery.

These people are really good at their job! Every time I need their help in a pinch, they always exceed my expectations! Incredibly friendly and professional staff!

They claimed that they tried to deliver to my home. I was home and it was just not true. And there wasn't a notice on my door either. When I told the attendant about it, she made a face and said sorry. The most insincere apology ever. Also, since the package was big, she offered to help me carry it to my car. When I said I appreciate it, she suddenly said there are other customers inside and she has to go, and she just left. Wow! Just wow! P.S: I called the number below, reported it, received a case number, and that's it. They didn't get back to me, or refund me for their bad customer service. So don't bother calling them, that will just waste more of your time.

Its a decent place and there are so many options and services for getting things done in addition to the usual parcel delivery. The owner seems very unfriendly though and whatever comment or joke you make just falls flat on him. Another negative for me is the usual heavy traffic in this area and hard to find paid parking.
