Courier

After my parcel being transported from depot to depot I emailed through an enquiry 2days later no response. Then it was on board with the driver at 8.30am the next day I waited all day till 5pm I left my home to go somewhere, checked the track and trace and it says at 4pm driver could not deliver to address. I waited till the next day to call customer service who said the package was still at the depot as the wrong driver took my package then returned it back to the depot. I told them I need to know if the package is coming today as it is a cellphone and I need to know if I should be home customer service took my name and number and that was it. I can see by your many poor reviews you are the worst courier company out there I will make sure to ask for nz couriers to be used in the future as I never have issues with them and there track and trace is updated better.

Excellent - A visitor from Germany left his ipad in an airbnb outside of Hamilton, after a few phone calls to other couriers, this one came up trumps. Ipad picked up, arrived at Hotel near airport in 3 hrs, and in great condition as this was not packed ready for a courier. Thankyou so much to Jun and the drivers from Urgent Couriers

The courier who services the Carindale area in Brisbane is one of the rudest and most glib people I've ever met. Never says hello, clearly hates his job, snatches parcels from you and simply walks off. Just seems like a miserable prick. I'd switch, but Fastway have the best coverage for my business. Maybe HQ needs to start handing out happy pills to each morning to some of their couriers.
