So, wow you knwo what if you want entertainment just read through the DPD reviews, as 95% of these reviews say and i can confirm DPD are a joke. I bought a £300 item on Amaxon yesterday and scheduled a next day delivery, little did i know that it would end up in this. I have been home and up waiting for this parcel since 6am as its important that i get it today. It impacts my work, only to de told that the delivery guy missed me at 8.11 am called DPD immediately after i got the notification at 8.18am was told by employee to hold as he calls the driver, conviniently the driver was not picking up so he left a "voicemail" for the driver this call lasted 5 minutes. Wow must have bedn some quick voicemail since i took about 2 minutes to get through to the representitive. Anyway after that the representitive told me to call back at 9am to check if driver has replied and will be returning to deliver my parcel that he has clearly not bothered to deliver. Anyway now at 11.17 i called Amazon and you know what thanks you so much for amazon great customer service. The person who i spoke to called DPD only to be hit with the same line, "driver not responding i will leave a vicemail". DPD are a joke i just hope people read their reviews before deciding its a good idea to use them all thsy want is customers money the rest dont matter. Their employees can steal packages, delay deliveries and the company does not care. This company should go bankrupt they are a disgrace. Appaling service. Guaranteed i dont get my parcel today which i will ask amazon to refund the next day delivery i paid for. This is a joke and i will not stand for it. I hope the owner reads these reviews he needs to get a grip of his company. Of p.s There are special instructions on my parcel to phone me when at my door. That never happened either. I called dpd through the app hence the number on the image

Worst delivery company I have worked with. Promise to deliver on day 1 - miss the parcel because the delivery man does not want to go up to the flat and doesn't pick up the phone after he leaves. Finally, after hours of calls they promise to come back that same day and DONT! Wasting time and money on this nonsense delivery company. Never to be used again. And again Today (11 may) they miss the delivery! Once again up to their terrible standards. Please avoid this company.

I used Fiveways Express for a last minute delivery and everything ran perfectly. Pick up and Drop off was both on time and was during rush hour. Would definitely recommend using Fiveways!

Useless in this day and age as other reviewers have already said people have to work...also beware if you need to collect on a Saturday they are only open for 2 hrs

Disgraceful service. Claim they couldn't deliver due to no access to property. I live in a house without any steps or stairs and there is ample parking outside! Disgraceful company. Will be switching to Parcel force or DPD.

I called them for pick up they said we are coming, I called them twice but nobody came , if there is option for zero star , I could have given then zero star

Had parcel delivered home but as we both work had to leave at depot. Pleasant man at Tauranga set up re-delivery. I was a bit disappointed with no depot address on the card the courier left, short opening hours on Saturday and nowhere on the website to indicate we can pick up from depot. But other than that we're happy.
