Courier

Lately DHL have become absolutely useless. They fail to reply to customer queries, you have difficulty contacting them. Its a week (!!!) since my parcel is “on hold” for a mysterious reason and the only thing their support can tell is “hold on, it’s OK, wait a little bit” but nothing about WHY it is in hold and what is being done about it. At the same very time they continue to charge as if the delivery is fast.

Great service on point and decent delivery prices and service

I work for a Biocosmetics company and I have been working with Street Stream for over a year. My clients demand speed of service and from my side I demand good care of the merchandise we transport. I have never had a problem with them and they are always happy to fulfil my demands. Their couriers are very professional and always on time willing to provide a great customer service. I have to thank especially to Mark who deals with most of my jobs, he is always very polite and caring. I certainly would not trust any other courier company. Their rates are very competitive for the outstanding service they provide. I highly recommend them to anybody that requires a courier service.

The best Courier company I have ever worked for and believe me I have worked for quite a few. The management and the rest of staff are very humble and honest and they would bend over backwards to accommodate you. I was working as a van delivery driver and the only reason I have left them is because of the long hours. Unfortunately that is the nature of the job wherever you go and that is why I gave up couriering once and for all.

I have been using City Sprint for years and they are definitely the best couriers in the city. The staff are really friendly and they are ultra reliable.

Fantastic service!

Was looking for a Courier Service as my normal Courier was unable to meet my requirements. Found Gophr. After the initial set up of the account it was very easy to use and book, I particularly like the Cut Off time that I needed the delivery to be made, that was especially helpful. The item was delivered well before the cut off time, and was friendly when he arrived, despite having had to drive through London Traffic. This was the first time I have used Gophr and will certainly be looking to utilise them again

Logistics.....The Way You Want it

Most horrible experience I have ever had sending something! I send two boxes and was at home at the house where I send them to the whole time (no one ever rang!! Or knocked!) waiting arround for the boxed to arrive and nothing! Tried to call but all I got was a bad working machine and I could not get hold of a person. Then I send them an email asking where the boxes where and when they will be delivered. They awnsered days later (!!) saying that because no one was at home they send it back to the UK!!! Long story short, when they where finally able to locate the boxes after weeks, after they have been declared as lost (!!!) and I was finally able to receive them back, HALF OF THE CONTENT WAS MISSING!!!!! AND I NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK!!! NOT EVEN A COMPANSATION AMOUNT!!! Someone in the company must have basicaly stolen valuables out of the boxes and left me with the less valuable things. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

use them to send a big pacage to a client, one letter on the whole adress was wrong... anyone would have guessed the "strret" could be "street" number of the house, name of the street, post code.. all the rest was right... because of the "strret", the package wasn't delivered...
