Hi Cathy, Sorry you feel this way about our service.Our guy was calling you for over a week as we have many residentials to organise without any issues of customers not returning our calls. Unfortunately your request to just drop the freight in your yard without a signature is not the way we operate due to theft and being liable for the freight.As it was so late on the Friday night,one of our guys was kind enough to make a detour to your house on his way home. I told you my name on the phone as you are aware because I also identified myself as one of the owners,i take it you was in full flow of just wanting to be rude to take any notice! Doors are locked at 1:25pm with no one there on a tuesday... called them and said they were 100 meters away? Not sure they know locked doors mean closed...

He literally throws and kicks the freight into his truck and starts yelling at me in front of customers for something that wasn’t labeled up to his standards! Wow can’t believe certain customers still want to use him. Worst courier ever!

Shipped a part for my car from Saskatoon to kindersley. Didn't tell me when they were coming and I was at work. Left a note on the door telling me to pick it up in Saskatoon. Then two people in customer service were rude and refused to reship it without payment.
