Small station, bus was late but the staff was friendly and they didn't charge me extra for my one small extra checked bag.
Thank you it was very much appreciated.
They should invest in more outlets or charging stations for passenger use only so we can charge our devices in preparation since it's unknown until the bus arrives whether it's an old bus or new, old busses don't have power outlets.

Non existent!! Was told to pick up at bargain store and they said they have no way to track parcels and what is being delivered to them. Also told that driver has no set time. For drop offs and doesn't show up every day. The phone number listed for ups kenora no longer exists.

Bus was 2 1/2 hours late not because of weather or road condition resulting in a missed flight and was given nothing but excuses when questioned

Horrible people. Run by some cigar smoking, drunk in some closet in the back he calls an office. Real pig. Steals money from his drivers, doesn't pay what driver has earned. Doesn't pay on time, cheques bounce at the bank. Quickly quit delivering for them. Front desk phone guy is a goof too. Dead beat. Don't use these scumbags. Don't support them.
