TERRIBLE.AWFUL.UNPROFESSIONAL. Contacted this company from Calgary to serve documents. They served the Defendant (which to me would be the hard part) but REFUSED to provide an Affidavit of Service. They promptly sent me their bill, which by the way isn't being paid. My e-mails were replied to with excuse after excuse until they were finally COMPLETELY ignored by Samantha. Left voicemails to both Adam and Samantha. They went unanswered. Sent over a half a dozen letters, which went ignored. Sent a final letter via registered mail before Christmas to try and resolve this amicably and they didn't even have the decency to pick it up from the post office. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wish you could give a negative star ratting. Not even deserving of one star.

There is nothing wrong with this location. Owner is friendly and trying his best. If you can get past the fact that between 9-10am range the doors might not be open, you'll be more than happy with this location.

Excellent quality and outstanding services. I have been using this print shop for many years, and always satisfy with their services and products. Ask for Luyi if you need any print job done.
