One worker smashed a lamp. Swore loud enough for the neighborhood to hear, called out "claim!". Did we get anything for that? No. Noticed a wooden lamp today with gouges out of it. Truck was too small for the contents so they just jammed stuff in there. Black mark on a sofa. Two workers were very nice thankfully . Not impressed with the outcome.

Clean and Friendly.

Solid little copy and print shop with reasonable pricing.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and fast

Incredible choice for Canadian residents! Price for parcel handling is very reasonable and they'll hold it for a full year at no extra charge, WOW!! Their system works like a Swiss clock, I've been lucky on every visit and have been served right away upon arrival. Parcels were retrieved on a heartbeat and never had any issues. Everytime you accumulate 3 parcels, you'll get a coupon to cross the toll border bridge for free! This place has allowed me to obtain goods that retailers wouldn't ship to Canada or would have been much more expensive to acquire in Canada or to ship directly. It is located right next to the border, I've been in and back in Canada within half an hour! Less than 1hr away from Ottawa, once you've done your feasibility research about gas, exchange rate, bridge fees, handling fees and potential duties you may still ahead of the game. Can't get any better than this.

Nice place to work

Terrific customer service, disappointing to see the reviews below. Roslin continues to go above and beyond to service multiple locations of mine and ensures that our grease trap maintenance is order. The indoor tanks provide a terrific alternative to the unsightly outdoor options offered by most competitors. keep up the good work Roslin!

Small location, great for the size of Princeton. Friendly staff. It’s got the old school charm of an older Canada Post location, complete with the unique scent I remember as a kid. :) There are two public areas, the first is a room with PO boxes on the south and west walls. The second is the service room where you will be greeted by staff to help. Clean building, lots of postal supplies for a small location.

The Customer service is amazing, Renee is very welcoming . My mom forgot her medicines and Aarti made sure she provided all the document to clear customs . Great attention to details.
