Great bunch of guys to work for and prompt service

We called UPS Store for pricing and they emailed us a quote which was lower than the competition in the same city. Then they proceeded to tell us the 1600 pages would be ready the following morning at 9:00AM and they were!!! We are very satisfied both the workmanship and prompt service by by Layne and her team! GO UPS!

We have been using turbo for yrs, the last 2 times there drivers were parking in our neighbors driveway so the 3rd time a girl delivered she parked in neighbors driveway, she came to door asked how we were we said not good don't appreciate you parking in our neighbors driveway, she said its ok I asked your neighbor, the only reason she asked was because he came out from his yard and seen her, we said we don't care if you asked your not delivering there so don't park there, she was snotty about it. The next time we ordered we asked the owner if he would tell his driver not to park in our neighbors driveway he cut my husband off and started barking at him that his driver's don't do that and didn't appreciate us telling his driver the facts he hung up after being very rude, so we called back and got rude with him, he hung up again did not want to hear how his drivers perform. He is not in it for customer service, he is very rude if you try and confront him with a issue. Never use again.

We had our 5 appliances and mattresses delivered by DT Express, and they did a fantastic job! They were quick, yet very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cheaper than Canada post. They guarantee delivery as explained.

They called and told me I had a parcel to pick up. When I went to pick up it took them 10 min to find it.

They are the worst in town by far. It's pathetic, i've asked senders to avoid using them. I've told Amazon to stop sending through them as well. Another weather delay today, that one is getting real old. The weather has been great for a few days now. Truck broke down, weather delay there is always some excuse with them it's just ridiculous. My package will be "out for delivery" for days and still not get delivered.

I'm currently having a bit of difficulty with Manatoulin; I received a shipment that weighed 70lbs (which is documented by the shipper) and I was charged for a 2000lb shipment ($600.00). I called their support line and was told in a rather unpleasant tone that unless I supply Manatoulin with spec sheets for the product that was shipped to me I'm stuck paying a $600.00 invoice. Not even sure what to say other than I'm extremely disappointed and will be cancelling my account there if things don't shape up lickity-split!!
