Vending machines and arcade all pretty much broken. Rude employees at front desk. But like...their bathrooms smell nice-ish.

The driver got into an accident, his car was impounded with my package in it, and it wasn't released until the next day. I realize accidents happen, but I feel I should not have been charged for Regular (within 5 hours) service when I received Overnight. I politely asked to be refunded the difference between Regular and Overnight, but they refused. They stated that if you order Regular, you pay for Regular, whether or not the package is delivered.

Next-day delivery turned into a week, after we went to collect the item ourselves. Quoted a reasonable price for next-day delivery, on a time-sensitive job. Followed up after the weekend and no one knew where our package was. 3 phone calls in, no return phone calls. Eventually found out our package was being sent to the US unexpectedly (for a within BC delivery). They then advised they were unable to deliver the package to our location in a timely fashion. We went and collected the package ourselves. Will not be using again, I'll pay someone else more for reliable service.

Great job shipping my items to Germany. Had tons of questions and these guys took the time to answer each one of them and provide info I was not even thinking of thanks guys
