Phoned and emailed this company regarding a missing parcel. The only reply I got was they will check with the driver. Never heard back! Great PR ......Not!

I just asked my provider to don't send the items with this company again, super rude driver and just dropped the boxes outside the loading doors, I ask him "can we take them to the elevator" he asked "what you expect me to do?" I replied "to bring the boxes in with a cart" and he just walk away to his truck. Never again Atlas courier.

Been a customer here for years. Staff & owners are friendly, personable and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable and good value.

The lady behind the counter charged me almost $6 for a roll of packing tape instead of offering me a small amount to pack my shipment. Sweet service, not!!

Would NOT recommend. We recently set-up service with Kindersley to send shipments to and from our various company locations across Western Canada. The service has been incredibly unreliable and we are now in the process of cancelling our account. 1. When initially calling customer service, even though we had been sent a welcome email that our account had been set-up, no one seemed to be able to find out account. This happened twice. 2. When asking if someone could explain how to calculate the rates based on the table we were sent, customer service didn't know what to do and said call your Sales Rep. 3. Sales Rep has never once picked-up a call and his phone goes straight to voicemail (seems to be on DND constantly). This is super frustrating when customer service always tells you to "call the sales rep" when there is an issue. 4. Our first three shipments did not arrive on the day they were supposed to. On the third try I even called to double-check everything and was promised it was being watched closely and again it did not show up and caused significant costs and delays for our operation. 5. If you have a problem late on a Friday and can't reach anyone, don't expect to have anyone return a call or email over the weekend. I would not have written this review unless we had first given feedback directly to this company and an opportunity to correct the issues. Unfortunately they have just continued to let us down. The saddest part is one of our largest suppliers recommended we use Kindersley so it's very disappointing that things have turned out this way.

I would send a package again here, very trustworthy people someone tried to scam me and I asked if they can cancel the shipment they even called me for me to pick it up.. good job guys! ((= Saved me a lot of money if the product was sent.

Horrible service, they had 2day delay on my delivery and when you call them they are so rude and indifferent. They will tell you there is nothing they can do about their poor service.
