worst company to work for!

Did some temp labour there, can't complain

A new delivery driver was asked for, and reception was very normal. However, the general manager was first called to talk to me, and she agreed to talk to me. As soon as she saw me, she became hostile and attempted to lie, saying that 3 people complained, and she went as far as to say that she does not know why I'm there. I spoke, and had a good short conversation with the receptionist with only one other person in the room an hour before. She asked about my resume, and I told her I had the morning, so if I can, I will wait for the person I need to speak to. She agreed and I came back 45 minutes later. I will be reporting MTS to their health authority. I assume that the reason why the job posting mentioned that you should not call is because of issues of ignoring caller over the phone. She starred at me from the window of what she claimed was why she had no time to talk to me, for over a minutes looking angry but most importantly undivided attention. Attention I was not allowed to have as long as I was inside.

Worst delivery company ever. They never deliver. I feel like they don't even put out packages for delivery but always make customers pick them up. Every other delivery company always delivers to my addresses, but Purolator has a problem every single time. I even tried to be proactive to make sure to get my package, but every every time they do not deliver. So frustrating every time.

I have no idea why reviews are so bad here. I've had quite a pleasant experience with the new owners. They're always friendly and polite. Never an issue. This is actually one of the better locations out of all the mailboxes I've ever had and I've had mailboxes at UPS Stores in 3 provinces and 2 states.

The UPS 325 store in Burnaby exceeds customer service and quality products for all business stationary aspects. My experience was top notch. Service expectations were exceed.

This courier does not show up very often when they say.

I tried to ship some equipment to the Sunshine Coast and they “accidentally” shipped it to the Island and lost half of it. Foolishly a few months later I shipped something else with them and they lost half of it again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There will never be a third time.

Very rude and poor customer service. Use another company.

Useless and rude drivers. Zero care given to your package.
