Great people

Received a package yesterday, fortunately a neighbour delivered it to me. I had no idea it arrived. On that day a yellow cube van pulled up. A tall black fellow got out opened the back and removed a package. I thought it was not for me,because the delivery person never rang my Suite. Hours later my friend showed up at my door with the package the delivery person failed to personally deliver .It was left in an unsecured double door area!( where the door buzzers are located) This is totally unacceptable .The package was from Amazon. I would not recommend Canpar for any safe and secure deliveries. Amazon will be contacted, immediately to report to them. I believe this delivery service was a contacted deliverer!

Great bunch, friendly, dependable. Would recommend 👍

Great service. Very friendly and fast.

Quick pickup

I got an Honda Atc shipped from Prince Albert to Regina and was nervous as I haven't done it before. Showed up in the same condition as the pictures showed. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be using them again and I recommend them. Great shipping price as well.

great service a bit late

Closed mid day.

Consistent, friendly , reliable service.

Store is clean and quiet, the staffs are nice. I got my package send to US only for 30 bucks. And what's more, I printed 2000 flyers for my small business. They told me about their secure shredding service, I think I will go here again to do shredding for my personal information and business credential information. Definitely gonna come back!

Best courier service in Saskatoon, I would highly recommend to anyone in Saskatoon or Regina!

Hi Cathy, Sorry you feel this way about our service. Our guy was calling you for over a week as we have many residentials to organise without any issues of customers not returning our calls. Unfortunately your request to just drop the freight in your yard without a signature is not the way we operate due to theft and being liable for the freight. As it was so late on the Friday night, one of our guys was kind enough to make a detour to your house on his way home. I told you my name on the phone as you are aware because I also identified myself as one of the owners,i take it you was in full flow of just wanting to be rude to take any notice! If you are a business owner as stated,Hopefully United Transfer will have the pleasure in delivering in the future to show our true worth. Paul Rigby.

They organized a time to deliver a mattress to my house between 3 and 4 pm. Then they called me just after 1 pm, well before the scheduled time, saying they were 20 minutes away from my place. I told them that i wouldn't be at home until 3 pm, so they agreed to deliver it just before 4 pm. At 3:40 pm they called and said they were 30-40 minutes away. I called them at 4:30, as they had not arrived yet, to which they said they were just 2 minutes away. They finally arrived at 4:45 pm, making me late for prior commitments. Poor time management and organization, very undesirable traits in a courier service. Would not recommend.

Driver left about 4 or 5 feet behind him making the parking spot tough to get in maybe he needs backing lessons .
