This location is insanely out of the way to be the primary parcel pickup in the Durham Region. We've had a couple of items delivered through Purolator over the past few years and it's a huge hassle. Even when the drivers knock at the door, you had better be at the door in less than 10 seconds otherwise they're leaving and you have to drive into the bowels of Pickering to get your stuff. I am sad to say I generally avoid having things delivered through Purolator now. :( I *can* say that the people working at the distribution centre have always been awesome when we've had to make the trek. Super friendly, know what they're doing, and quick to locate our packages for us. I'd say if you're near a distribution centre, then Purolator is great. :) Otherwise, go with a shipper that will leave your packages for you (or has a more convenient pickup place).

Lots of our customers are using Courier Services Ontario and they are very pleased with there service and rates. We must say they are doing a Good job!

Extremely friendly service. Often I just drop off returns, and the owner is still very friendly. Other locations make you feel unwelcome.

The staff at this location were not only really friendly, but very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The service I received was top notch. The parcels I sent reached the out of province destination within days of drop off. Definitely recommend anyone and everyone use this service when shipping parcels!!

Had my entire home, small office and 3 cars shipped from Toronto to Edmonton. I thought the service was actually very good. Pricing wise, yeah it did cost me, but when a home, small office and 3 cars are involved including packing, etc. A price tag is something to expect. Overall very good service with no damages.

The most friendly staff I have every encountered in a delivery store. WONDERFUL PEOPLE. They brought my package out to my car as I couldn’t go inside (my daughter was asleep in the car seat!). Now that’s service. Thank you guys ;)

Used their servive multiple times for passport photos and for Fedex service. Excellent picture quality and Fedex prices cheaper than other kiosks. Thumbs up for Copy&Mail 👍👍👍👍👍
