The Greyhound Canada customer call centre in the Philippines is bogus. For a customer complaint I spoke with 3 different customer service reps on three different phone calls (totaling over 2 hours). One rep told me they are only there to hear complaints and cannot resolve any. Apparently they're not even documenting. A supervisor informed me that, of the 3 reps I spoke with, nothing is on file and they never actually logged the complaints... then, ended my call. If Greyhound would like to reach out, I can provide further details. Also, shameful that "Ontario" by Greyhound is listed as an American State and not recognized by the company as being part of Canada.

Very disapointed! Didn't even knock and left with my package! Seriously, if you are not smart to work as a delivery guy, don't even apply to be one!

I have been using these guys for crate shipments out of California nearly every month for the past year after first finding them to ship my car. Chris gladly answered my questions regarding every stage of the shipping process and their service has been cost-efficient everytime.

I deal with them literally on a daily basis and they are amazing! I live a ways from them, so I call each day and they actually take the time to look and check if their's Mail for me. It probably gets annoying for them but they don't ever show it, and are always courteous and helpful. :) thanx guys
