I shipped two large picture boxes full of art plus a Rubbermaid container of miscellaneous items. I was impressed with the staff member's friendliness and helpfulness. He made a new experience pleasant and even cheerful. I shipped across Canada so I'm still waiting for my items but so far so good!

A+++ for this location. We have been dealing with this location for about 3 years. Stephen, the owner is always very helpful, patient and polite. I would definitely recommend this UPS Store. Donna and Steve K. from outside of the Hamilton area.

Wow the girl who answered the phone uninterested and annoyed by the whole conversation All I asked was what is the phone number to there store on barton as I couldn’t find it She then proceeded to act like I was bothering her for making her do something Then said “thanks” in the most annoying voice I have ever heard as she hung up Look I have answered phone for companies did it for years you never make it seem like answering someone’s questions or concerns is annoying you. Don’t act uninterested You need to make that customer feel like their question or concerns are the only thing that matters and you wouldn’t be able to do anything else until they are satisfied with the help they received Not what I got here she clearly doesn’t want to do this job and it’s very apparent

One of your female drivers decided to try getting on the 401 via bennet off ramp, when I honked my horn, she flew into the grass and gave me the finger. Amazing service!
