We have always enjoyed working with the Directworx team. They work promptly and deliver on any promises that they make. I would highly recommend working with them on any mail outs. They have lots of services that they offer to support businesses. They have printed and mailed statements to our 3000+ barter clients for many years. We just provided the files and they do the rest.

Absolute worst service ever. DO NOT USE IT! Even a bus would be better than these people! I have tried using their services a few times and every time, without fail, the woman that answers the phone is as rude as she can possibly be. I once called and asked how long they would be and she replied, "Longer if you keep calling us!". What kind of business is that?? They are NEVER on time & the drivers are just as rude as the woman answering the phones! They never have GPS and end up calling, screaming on the other end about how they can't find the place. I tried using their service today and after already waiting 30+ minutes and having told the driver the address THREE times, he finally found it. You'd think this would be all, but then, the driver has the nerve to ask my boyfriend to give his phone to him for 'collateral' as he waits for my boyfriend to run into the house and grab the money ($13.00 for a 10 minute drive as well) even though he had plenty of other stuff with him he could have said to leave in the car. Unbelievably unprofessional and just straight up bad people working here. This interaction is was prompted me to come here and look at the other reviews and not surprisingly other people have had the same types of experiences or even worse! If you value you your time, money and personal possessions, I'd suggest not using this ILLEGAL taxi service. If I could 0 stars, I would.

Really friendly and helpful staff! They do great printing. Would definitely recommend.

Worst hours of any business that has ever existed and it gets rammed with ppl during these slim hours.

Here once a week staff is great condition of boxes not always in the best shape but overall pretty good

I retired from there after 30 years love working there and now they have a good manager she works with customers and drivers best of luck sus.

Best Transportation service I've ever done business with. A real pleasure
