Courier

Just called them and their customer support person was terrible. Learn how to interact with your customers in a friendly manner instead of being rude and condescending. Their delivery slip was also useless with no pickup options, no redelivery attempt, and no tracking. Pathetic excuse for a courier.

Drive pulled out in front of me to turn left to block traffic. He then had the audacity to honk back at me like it was my fault.

NOt a real UPS! Charges extra fees so they could send to UPS in Ottawa.

This is possibly the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. They required that I be home to sign for a package that was shipped from Amazon and gave me a 4 hour window. They said a driver would call to confirm. I waited for the driver who never called or arrived. Not exactly a convenient system for people who work during regular business hours. I called to enquire about my package and their phone system hung up on me no less than 6 times. Finally I was able to leave a message on the vm. Still have not heard back. This has not been a great service so far.

Worst service ever. Be sure if you use Loomis to ensure there is a note on your front door saying that you are out of town - better yet, how about please break in no one is home! Two delivery attempts were made while I was away and unaware that packages were coming. I signed the form and left it hanging from the mailbox, also completed the reschedule delivery form online. Three days later I get a call saying they will not deliver and to call Customer Service. They want $10 to deliver the package that my company has already paid hundreds of dollars for to have shipped from BC. I was told that I should have notified Loomis that I was away. I guess that must be the new thing to do? Put a note on your door saying out of town? I asked to speak with a supervisor but of course they are not available.

"You weren't home, so we left the package 10 km away from your place in a remote gas station. And by the way, by writing you should pick up your package by the 27th, we meant the 28th." Garbage service with garbage employees.

I love UPS and especially this store. Abdil is very nice and always gives excellent service and goes the extra mile to make sure I have what I need.

I ordered a $700 item from amazon and they used purolator to deliver the package. I checked the tracking a week later and it said that the package was "delivered". I checked all around and the package was not there. I phoned purolator and there was no response after waiting 40 minutes on hold. I phoned the next day and they said they would deliver it that day. It never arrived and when I went to the depot they first said they didn't have it and then someone found it but it was in terrible condition as seen in the photos. 0 stars

They need to get their delivery people in check they bring a package they throw it at your door they don't even knock and let you know it's there. And in my building where I live they don't even ring your doorbell they pasted on the outside window and walk away I had to chase a package of mine for different times before I got it and then they didn't know where it was that the last time and I had to go all the way from Westland down to Romulus three times I had to go down there so they need to get their thing in their act in into check.

Dhl is fast and great but your fir sure to pay duties with the them the only down

My package was put on hold due to "weather" at 2 pm at the local facility 30 miles from my home. My only problem was is that the weather was perfectly fine. So now it is the next day and I am going to drive to pick up the package my self because the weather is going to get bad for the next 36 hours. Which means that the package I was suppose to get in 1 day will now take 4 days without picking it up personally. When you pay $30 for shipping, you expect to receive your package on time when the weather is perfectly fine. I will never use DHL again.
