Rudest store ever. Advertise as a drop off center for pre-paid UPS and FedEx but try to charge a fee. When questioned my package was thrown back at me and I was told to go somewhere else-which I happily did, never to return again.

Really good customer service. It is true that if you do not have your box taped you have to buy a roll, but the rolls of packing tape are sold for half the cost you would pay at Canadian Tire. Trying to find parking at busy times of the day can be a challenge. The store itself deserves 5 stars, but the rates for shipping via UPS are significantly higher than via Canada Post, so I do not use this service as much.

The bus station is pretty clean. Most of the staff is helpful enough. Some of them are plain rude. The location of the bus station is great (it's close to downtown). There are departure boards at various locations. The buses are usually on time. Sadly, the security is minimal. The bags are practically subjected to no checks.
