Delivery guy shows up and says can u come give me a hand with your package, it's heavy. I ask, don't u have a partner? No, he says. I tell him I'm sick, and I order things online so I don't have to lug them up to my 4th floor apt. He stands there and gives me a death stare... I refuse the package. Major "half ass" operation.

This company does all my advertising stuff for me and it is always amazing and fast and reasonably priced. I own my own local company and they are always willing to help meet my schedule where they can. I highly recommend this printing company to anyone who is looking.

If I could chose who ships my item. I would pick Canada Post since there just beside my house. Sadly i cant when i order stuff online. Its a mix bag of service I feel. Im not angry, just have to go around my work schedule to get it by the 5 day limit.....why not 10. It a bit difficult for me to get to any of the location on buss since I have to transfer and the busses are not frequent. i call and ask if hold item on day im off work and they said no. I cant go in the morning since with buss i would be late for work. Then afternoon the place would be closed when im finish work. Just wish the hours or ease of access was better vs canada post hold package for twe weeks.

Outstanding customer Service! Absolutely outstanding!!! 11/10 Only complaint is that the entrance to the penguin pickup place is incredibly hard to find much like others have commented. The door is actually beside the patio to ST. Louis wings and its almost as if you have to access the path from Clyde avenue... the Door that accesses the insides of the building is not accessible to the public after 5pm... making it virtually impossible to understand where you are supposed to go to get the package. Unless I missed it... I think some better signage could alleviate much of this problem.

Air Canada pickup ... Pickup ordered at 9 am ... STILL not picked up at YOW at 6 PM and Air Canada central baggage folks utterly useless. Like many I've waited all day for a phone call that hasn't come! This won't let me give 0 stars!

Excellent service! Paul is prompt, courteous, and professional. I have used Proserve for many years now, and will not use any other company to serve papers. He also provides additional litigation support and I have been equally pleased with his efforts in that regard.

I had to have my child ( with special needs) picked up from school and brought home as I was not in town to do so. Having never used this service...I was a little hesitant. The gentleman I spoke with was I!! Not only did he help me out with non specifics...he also called me to let me know my son was home safe, he had been paid and he hoped he feels better soon. I will fully recommend this service, anytime...thankful they were available, my son had a great experience and blessed to have someone like this gentleman help my boy when I couldn't.
