Incredible choice for Canadian residents! Price for parcel handling is very reasonable and they'll hold it for a full year at no extra charge, WOW!! Their system works like a Swiss clock, I've been lucky on every visit and have been served right away upon arrival. Parcels were retrieved on a heartbeat and never had any issues. Everytime you accumulate 3 parcels, you'll get a coupon to cross the toll border bridge for free! This place has allowed me to obtain goods that retailers wouldn't ship to Canada or would have been much more expensive to acquire in Canada or to ship directly. It is located right next to the border, I've been in and back in Canada within half an hour! Less than 1hr away from Ottawa, once you've done your feasibility research about gas, exchange rate, bridge fees, handling fees and potential duties you may still ahead of the game. Can't get any better than this.

Does anyone at the Sudbury location actually work Friday or Monday? This is the 3rd package in a few months where it's arrivwd Thurs night. The delivery date on the tracking info shows the next day. Then, no updates for the entire Friday. To top it off, stroke of midnight Monday and "your package is on the truck" and the expected delivery date changes to Monday. Ok, great. I'll take some time off work to make sure I'm there. Oops. Without fail, hour and a half later "there was a delay. We'll deliver it tomorrow". WTF?! I order a lot of work related stuff and unfortunately its often shipped via purolator. Believe me, if i could choose anyone else but UPS, i would lol. If this happened once, maybe twice in the course of a few months, in between other orders etc, that'd be one thing. But the Friday Monday issue has happened enough times to see that it appears a chunk of purolator sudbury has a 3 day week. Just another sudbury quality service I suppose.

Greyhound...what can I say more than what is already said...if you get a seat on a bus that is on time, which is most of the time, you are good. But since we've taken these so many times, you do run into a faux pas or two, and when they do happen, they are epic, and there is no customer service to speak of, especially if you call into their customer service line. Basically, its give us your money, and if we screw up, sorry but you are on your own. Have any of you tried ridesharing ?
