Worst business in American History! !!!! Their mission statement is a joke because nothing they say they live up to. I have had multiple packages lost, extremely late delivered, and no help from them at all. As of right now I have a package still in Ohio that should have been delivered Saturday. They have left me on hold for 30min and I’m still holding. This isn’t the first, nor the second time they have done this. Even with me ordering products early they still never arrive on time which reflects on my business. As a business owner I know what it means to not only honor your mission statement but to make sure you go above and beyond for your customers. They have no idea what Excellence. Simply Delivered means ........😡😣

Not a good experience. Purolator give an address for Elliot Lake along with a phone number but no one answers your call and I don't believe this address is legitimate or I could have picked up my parcel there instead of waiting three days for a delivery that still has not occurred and I have no idea if it ever will. Delivery person leaves no info either like an attempted delivery notice with any contact information on it. Not a good experience at all.
