I called today for a mailbox rental and the lady took the time to talk me through it and answer all of my questions. Nice to know that they will keep my parcel longer than five days for a small fee of $5.00 if I don;'t pick up during the first 5 days. All other places I called told me that they return parcels for their mail boxes if they are there more than 5 days, since i am renting a PO box and not a storage space. At least with The UPS Store, I am renting a mailbox and can have my parcels delivered there and I am not afraid that they will be sent back to sender after 5 days like all the other places would do. The lady was very nice to talk to and did not make me feel like I was being annoying asking a million questions. Glad to see someone cares about customer service. :):):)

Very unimpressed with the customer service and lack of professionalism over the phone/online inquires

After a major storm in Aug /17 Winmar was the contractor we used to rebuild our fence. All i can say is that they are the best from Christine at the Cornwall office to the 2 carpenters Andre and Chris they all provided excellent service. I recommend Winmar for any project you may have.

Pire service de livraison. Ne livre pas chez moi, donc il délèguent toujours à Poste Canada, sauf lorsque ce sont de très grosses boites, là il faut aller les chercher à l'entrepôt... pas très utile quand tu paies pour un service de livraison à domicile et qu'il faut aller chercher nos choses au bureau de poste ou à l'entrepôt. De plus arrive toujours en retard à cause du transfert à Poste Canada.
