A father and son team. I've seen Dr Steve and Dr. Ian and they are both fantastic. Gentle and knowledgeable and haven't done any work that didn't need to be done. In fact, they have both recommended against work I thought I needed, but obviously didn't. Super friendly and great staff too. A+

Being a long time dental professional allows me to leave a review of this business. This office is amazing. Always up to date on the latest treatment procedures available. The staff is exceptional! Everyone is very knowledgeable and most of all very caring toward each and every person that enters this office. The motto is: Excellence in care , service and treatment !

In deathly petrified of dentists but the other day my teeth were hurting so bad i had to go. Dr Willis is my boyfriends dentist so i decided to go to him. Hes awesome. I hate needles so he was anle to find a solution for my pain tht didnt involve needles. Hes friendly and he tells u exactly what hes doing when hes doing it and shows u all the tools before he uses them one you. Everyone in the office is amazing even his wife/receptionist came in and held my hand cause i was starting to shake. It was a greatt experiance. Will def feel comfortable gojng back :-)

Dr. Schacher and his staff are amazing. Would recommend to anyone who is getting braces done.

I've been a patient of Dr. MacDonald's for many many years and I can't say anything but good things. I had TMJ with headaches every day - I'm cured!

I had a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Patenaude was very friendly and comforting, as was the other staff I interacted with. The job was done very quickly and well.

My husband got dentures here 4 years ago after having them fixed 3 times and no offer to replace the broken dentures we decided to get new ones elsewhere since they broke a fourth time. And were told the top and bottom didnt even fit properly together. If you have money to waste feel free to get your dentures here. Should have trusted my gut, didnt get a good vibe in the first place. If they had any concious the would offer us some money back.

Hands down the best orthodontist office in the city! I have never heard anything bad about this place and now that I am a client here, I understand all the hype. Not only is Dr. Schacher an extremely nice man, he is beyond knowledgeable and good at what he does. I've also never met anyone that is unhappy with his work which makes me excited for my finished result. As for his staff, they're all a great bunch as well. Carol, Anne and Mike are my favorites. Carol always makes you feel welcomed and like you've know each other forever. She's always on the ball, as soon as she sees my face, she knows my name, how to pronounce it and knows my exact appointment time without me telling her. Anne is such a nice and gentle lady. I broke 5 brackets within my first week of having braces and she stayed later one day to fit me in to have them fixed asap. Mike, he is your go to guy when you need to be in and out. Every time I've seen him, it just so happens that I need to be in and out for work, I don't think I've ever sat in his chair for more than five minutes which is nice when you're in a rush. Overall, the atmosphere at this place is great and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to have some ortho work done. As for the review that says that they've never seen Dr. Schacher at any of their appointments, I'm not sure what days you're there on but I've seen him at all but two of my appointments. One being braces molds and having a wire put back in. Other than that, wether he's dealing with me directly or not I always see him busy around there. When my treatment is finished, I'll be sad to not see everyone on a regular basis lol.

On May 22, 2018 attended dentist with a toothache. The dentist suggested seeing a specialist to get teeth pulled. As in so much pain, Dental office called around to specialist to see who could see us immediately, they said Coronation. I called Coronation Dental specialty group, 58 Riddell Street, Woodstock for an appointment. They made an appointment for Thursday, May 24, two days later. After the appointment they said they could not do the Removal of teeth until June 26, 2018 more than a month later. It was explained there was a lot of pain could not wait. Asked why so long, they said nothing they could do about it. The woman on the desk asked someone else, but no solution was found. It is unfair they would see us two days later so they could charge $119.00 but not be able to pull the teeth until over a month later. I called the Office to discuss this problem but no solution offered. We did find another dental office to pull teeth immediately at a lot less money then offered at Coronation. I would not use the services of Coronation Dental group.

I have been a client for over 20 years. Dr. Al has also attended to my three sons starting with their first checkup !! We are treated as very special people by everyone there every time we come in. The ladies who take care of the paperwork make my life so much easier. Dr. Al believes in prevention, prevention, prevention !! He searches for the best, newest and most painless technology available, and will patiently explain any procedure. I really like that about him. The staff at Grand River are probably the most knowledgeable you could meet, as Dr. Al shares his skills unselfishly. I believe this helps the client in the end as knowledge is always useful. With that being said, i can only echo Dr. Al by saying "Thank God for Jody" !!!!! As an aside, I especially appreciate my relationship with Dr. Al as he and I enjoy the same taste in music !! My best regards to all at Grand River Dental !!
