What an awesome team! I moved to Denver from Houston and have procrastinated on finding a dentist (I must admit I have a bit of a phobia of dental work). Well, that all ended when I had a crown pop out unexpectedly. I called Highland Smiles and they were extremely supportive in squeezing me in, given my situation. They were able to clean up a crown (that they did not make) and put it back in for me. All the while making sure I was comfortable and having some great humor - they actually had me laughing at a dentist office, a true first for me. Bottom line: awesome team from top to bottom. Thankful I've finally found a regular dentist to use.

I've been going here since I was a child and they have treated me well for the most part, however, my most recent visit was very disappointing. They had given me a procedure that I had not asked for, and I had to put forward a big chunk of money to pay for it. As a college student, this was devastating to me. Although they did give me a small discount because of this mistake, I feel as though they took advantage of me and I will not be returning, as I can't afford another mistake like this.
Edit: After 2 months, the covering they put on my tooth chipped, so I ended up paying for a poor procedure that I didn't ask for. Very unhappy!
