Dentists

We have used the Dental Group for the past five years or so. We take our three sons there for their general dentistry needs, our oldest also goes there for his orthodontics. My Mother in law also went to help with her dentures. We really love them. The front office is really nice, Dr Parker is great. They are reasonably priced and do great work. Thanks so much for always being so helpful and providing great care for our family.

Was a patient for a few years, but moved away so I couldn't go to Peak anymore. I LOVED hygentist Theresa and how kind and attentive she is, so when I moved back I knew I wanted to go back to Peak Family Dental and I was ready to schedule an appointment for my fiance as well. Unfortunately, I spoke with Karla at the front desk and she was extremely rude and unpleasant. She seemed annoyed that I even called to try and schedule which was completely uncalled for. Sadly, because of this, I won't be returning.

A HUGE TWO THUMBS up to Dr. Richard Grey and all his excellent staff! I have been a regular patient since he began this Fort Collins practice and have been 100% satisfied with all service and procedures. His attention to detail, exceptional skills based on training, use of the latest technologies, patient communications, and easy interface with my insurance company, make this a winning choice for me to continue here for years ahead. I have my teeth cleaned several times annually, and of particular note: oral hygienist Rachel does a top-notch job with her attention to detail, friendliness, and breadth of knowledge on dental and health care!

Meticulous and professional! Dr. Modrowski placed a dental implant as part of my treatment at Peak Family Dental. He was caring and professional at all times. I have so much more confidence now, thanks to the good people at Peak! I will never go to another dental office!

Have gone to Dr. Jacobs for years. She has always been very kind and willing to discuss options, with pros and cons. I have never felt anything was was being pushed for monetary gain as I had felt previously at 2 other dental offices in the area. In fact I first came to Dr. Jacobs more than 10 years ago when she was near PVH for a 2nd opinion, right after a Loveland dentist had told me I needed to have very expensive work done including fillings and a crown replacement. I'm SO glad I consulted Dr. Jacobs, because she just smoothed a rough edge on my crown and told me it was fine (and I'm still doing fine with that same crown many years later!). As far as the other work, she said it really could wait as long as it wasn't causing me problems. I actually didn't need to have any of that work done for years to come, so she was completely honest, ethical, and absolutely correct! I only wish the office hadn't moved so far, but I will still drive just to see her. (Tried a closer dentist once because of my crazy schedule, but it turned out to be another bad experience with them pushing unnecessary services, plus I had extraordinary pain and problems with the work he had done. Never again!)

We went through one really horrible dental experience after another with our 4 year old. I mean... horrible on an epic level... ending with hyperventilation and vomiting. We never even got a chance to do x-rays, because she was never able to calm down long enough. After requesting recommendations for a dentist very good with timid kids, I had over 9 suggestions all referring us to Doctor Van Tassel. I made an appointment and we were seen the same day. Immediately inside the door, the receptionist engaged our daughter in friendly conversation, which my 4-year-old happily returned. Then the assistants and other employees focused solely on her the whole time, making her very comfortable and happy. We got x-rays with literally no issues. She had her teeth cleaned while she giggled, and she even hugged the dentist when he came in to see her! I'm just blown away by the difference in how my daughter did at this place, as opposed to our previous experience! I can't thank Doctor Van Tassel and his excellent staff enough!!!

Wonderful setting and staff. Dr. Walton made what was a stressful and scary thing into the best possible experience I could have imagined. The staff was incredibly warm and kind. I felt as though he really cared about my personal situation in addition to providing me the best care available. I feel confident in the longevity and aesthetics of my implant/gum tissue with the work Dr. Walton did. I am so happy I decided upon Dr. Walton and staff and would happily make the same decision again. Just an FYI: I rarely take the time to write reviews unless they are truly deserved.

I was recommended to Dr. Orr by my dentist and had an easy operation of removing four wisdom teeth and two other teeth. Dr. Orr did an amazing job but... The staff can be very hit or miss on how polite they are which is unfortunate, but the main problem I had with my experience is that the office never sent my information to my insurance provider to confirm what my out of pocket cost would be. They admitted to never sending the information which caused them to be off on their estimate of our end of the bill by 50%. My husband and I lived with his parents in their guest room after getting married specifically to save up to pay cash up front for our cost of the operation to keep our goal to live debt free. We saved for many months until we had cash in hand and payed nearly 1000$ on the day of the surgery in early December and considered it done with. After paying for our total up front we moved out into an affordable apartment and no longer had the same means to save as we did before. We don't have tv or Internet to allow us to save for expenses such as our utility bills. TWO MONTHS later we received a bill for nearly 500$ more. Stating that they were off on their estimate and upon further investigation, my insurance confirmed that they were never sent the materials they had expected to make their estimate and to no fault of their own had nothing they could do from their side. After speaking with Bridget at this office who offered little sympathy for the situation and did confirm that the information never was sent for review to insurance, the best that her and her office manager offered when I asked them what they normally do when they make a mistake like this and how they plan to work it out, all they offered was that I can make payments, this bringing me to tears since we would NEVER have had the operation done unless we had the money to pay for it, I offered to pay as much as we could possibly afford that day if they would accept it on behalf of their mistake and call it an even deal. I was told no and left in tears. If your office is going to be off in your estimates by that much I will absolutely never be sending anyone I know here. Being off by 10 or 15% seems more reasonable but for your medical bill to be way off like this can be extremely difficult and cause hardship. The principle is that if you will cut corners to save yourself time and not fax a few x-rays to an insurance company and put the consequences of your own mistakes (that you openly admit you made) directly onto your patient, you will absolutely lose credibility. Medical expenses are difficult as they are for many people, and saving to pay in advance took a lot of sacrifice. We had no ill intentions, just trying to live carefully and plan ahead to avoid any unplanned expenses. I will be writing a letter to my dentist (at alpine dental) and speaking to him in person about my dissatisfaction and encourage him to stop sending his patients to your office. I wish this experience had ended much different and that I could instead be writing a positive review about how the staff took responsibility for their mistake and offered an honest apology.

the people there are rude and they don't give a care about how long you wait or what the problem is, will never go back, thank you because I feel the same way about them. They suck.
