WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Attempted to get a hold of the office DURING business hours SIX times (I called at 1:00) and they required my contact information so that they can call me back when all I needed was one simple form. The three other times that I had called the recording stated "Stay on the line and an operator will be with you shortly." The line went dead as soon as that message was communicated in the recording. They lied to me as well, stating that they had faxed the form over around 10:30 but they never did because I checked our fax transmission report and nothing came from this institution. I did not even want to rate this as one star but I cannot post this review unless I rated it at least one star.

The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. The dentist is very competent and she multitasks quite well. The receptionist, Everton is friendly, helpful and professional. The assistants are compassionate and, like the dentist, they are very good at multitasking. There is one there that I admire, it is evident that she has a strong work ethic and practices good customer service ( give her a raise).

Dr. Glazman is fantastic! I’ve been seeing her for several years for a variety of dental needs. She has beautifully (and painlessly) repaired 5 weakened teeth in my mouth with crowns (some needing root canals). She has filled a couple cavities as well. She is professional and kind. She is also very comforting during the procedures, as is her assistant. I trust Dr. Glazman explicitly and despite having several “painful” procedures done, I always look forward to seeing her and the ladies in the office.
