Dentists

I've been going to this man for several years now. I like it. There's only three main workers, the dentist and two ladies. I enjoy all three. They are good at what they do.

Crown Issues I went to BLVD Dentistry Heights for a routine crown replacement. Their own initial clinical charts documented healthy, "Generalized 1-3mm" pocket depths. Because the clinic repeatedly failed to properly fabricate and seat the crown, the treatment plan included multiple invasive gingivectomies that cut away my healthy gum tissue. This caused severe oral trauma and left me with pain and intermittent bleeding When the damage progressed, the local office ignored my calls for a week, completely abandoning me in a medical crisis and forcing me to seek third-party emergency care. Furthermore, while ignoring my calls, they actively billed my insurance provider for a completed permanent crown that was never successfully finished or seated. When escalated to corporate, they retroactively withdrew the claims and offered a refund, while falsely trying to claim the injuries were a pre-existing condition. Look elsewhere.

I was very pleased with the customer service!! Doctor Joi made sureI felt safe about the dental work that had to be done with my daughter. My daughter and son loved the environment.

I HATE the dentist, but this crew is so caring and so sweet. I would recommend them to the most leary of patient. (me)

Very nice team, quick service but didn't feel rushed. I liked that the team takes the time to get to know and talk to you while not wasting your time by booking too many appointments on top of each other that at other dental offices. I've been here twice and will continue to come back! Thank you! :)

Stacy the dental hygienist is truly an amazing employee at western dental and a real pleasure to see each time I go. The whole staff at this location goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and provide excellent customer service.
