Dr. Cheng is phenomenal! He is the rock-star of Dentistry. He is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He makes you feel at ease by providing information and continually checking in on your comfort. Honestly, Dr. Gill is laid-back and awesome to converse with, while simultaneously keeping it extremely professional and punctual with all of my appointments with him. I've been going to him for almost 3 years now due to being a ryerson University student. I now travel 100km one way just to see him for my appointments because he's that good!

I went in for a dental cleaning. The office is elegant and pristine, really living up to its Oasis name. The reception staff was hospitable and courteous. Ryan took the time to give me a tour of the office. Their equipment is advanced and new. My hygienist Rachel was wonderful, doing a fantastic job, taking the time to explain the tasks she was performing, checking up on my comfort level, initiating conversation, giving it that personal touch that can be hard to find as a patient. I personally plan on returning for any further dental needs.

Zero stars if possible. Unpleasant experience with Dr. Piccininni delegating to his assistant rather than speaking to me. He seemed incredibly upset to be at work. I declined doing any treatment with him due to his poor communication and unprofessional manners.
