I have had 4-5 dentists in my lifetime and this is by far the worst one. If you are with Green Shield do yourself a favour and pick another dentist. The cleaning, on the other hand, was good.

The receptionist somehow knew how much I was going to be charged before seeing anyone... 260.00 for a standard cleaning. My teeth are in stellar condition, and the receptionist claimed that they charge what guidelines in Ontario dictate. So I went to speak with another dentist place around the corner and she started explaining prices and what things would need to be done to get to 260.00 long story short... there is no way anyone could know what to charge before taking a look inside my mouth. The receptionist did offer to do away with seeing the dentist or using flouride to save me money, which I did not ask for... at that point I just left. The doctor there seams nice (only been there one other time), but the prices are too high... even before you see anyone... in other words you're going to get fleeced.

Dr. Pirbhai is the only dentist I ever want to see again. When she does freezing I can’t feel it at all and the work has lasted much longer than any other dentist I’ve been to. Equipment is all new and they show me my cavities on the X-rays.

I don't usually write reviews but we had such a good experience with this office that I need to write one. ALL staff at this clinic, including admin and clinical team, are friendly, helpful and professional. The physical space is very nice, clean and modern. Even my toddler is comfortable during visits. It is so refreshing to go to such a place downtown. Special kudos to admin support, Rachelle and Shelbie-Rae for being SO helpful and kind with admin processes related to insurance and transfer documents. Thanks again.

I just finished my treatment with Dr. Jeremy Kurtz and I cannot be more happy with how everything turned out. From the very beginning I was comfortable with Dr. Kurtz and his process. Dr. Kurtz and his team took the time to answer all the questions I had and even showed me what my teeth would look like after the treatment. My teeth were a sore spot for me. I was ashamed of them and never smiled at all. I wanted how I felt inside to be reflective on the outside. Now I can all thanks to Dr. Kurtz.

The dental services aren't really something I would ever think to write a review about but the Harbour Dental team goes above and beyond their typical duties and they are a pleasure to deal with. Having an office of young and professional staff really makes a difference. I have to say all of the people working in Harbour Dental, all the way from entrance to exit, are extremely nice.
