Unbelievably incompetent. I can't get anyone to call me back with test results and have called multiple times, have spoken to humans and left messages. They dropped the ball on just about everything that they needed to follow through on. Worst medical service ever.

I finished there with no insurance and little english and they made a surgery on my cervic that then i discovered i really not need. own 6000 to hospital now. i went back there no insurance again they treat my foot infection with wrong medication and finish not working for 1 month. went back there no insurance the ladies in the front desk look so unhappy about their jobs and they are rude. i thought i have no choice no insurance and pregnant. they told me i dont qualify for quest and I started paying money for my visits. finally I angel nurse told me YOU NEED TO APPLY, YOU SHOULD QUALIFY! and i did and I got quest and the first thing I did was go to kaiser where I am treated as a human being even I have no money and do not speak english really well, that place sucks and they still did not give my money back.

Chris was my dentist before he moved to Hawaii. It was a little town called Forrestville, in California. He was just starting his practice and was taking over from my previous dentist whom I really liked. Chris was great from the time he first started his practice there. I wish he would come back because I've had some bad experiences since his departure.
