Doctor changed my contact lens prescription and it made it worse. When I complained I was told they couldn't help because I got the lenses somewhere else. Went to a different doctor to confirm my old prescription was correct. I will not recommend them

This place is amazing! While waiting, you get to watch TV, cartoons for the kids on one side, and adult-friendly channels on the other. Once you get into your appointment there are movies to watch while doing whatever they need to do for you. The staff is very friendly, they greet you, ask how you're doing, and send you goodbye. It's very soothing in a way. They seem like A+ professionals at what they're doing. They also give you a bag to go home with that has all your needs. (Toothbrush etc.) None of their equipment hurts, including shots. They understand your needs and you are able to reschedule at any time. Scheduling and checkout is easy. There are lots of helpers for the dentist who are friendly as well, they also are always ready to help the dentist and you. This place is not understaffed. The dentist only does what is necessary and can explain what will happen. It's very Cost-effective, if you even have to pay anything at all! X-rays are quick and simple. Once again, they seem like they are very professional at what they're doing. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a dentist. I am a resident of Hawaii, and I've been here many times.

Besides having one of the most tranquil window views I can think of, my Doc (Dr. Hamakawa) and all the staff are very friendly, funny, and professional. I have had several major procedures and all without problems.

Dr. Rapoza is the best dentist I have ever seen. He and his staff are professional, prompt and he strives to treat his patients PAINLESSLY. Thank you !
