Terrible. The worst dentist ever, left my brother w/an incomplete route canal operation and he now has an infection in his jaw. They said they were gonna call back but never did. They take forever, and they're just overall unprofessional.

Dr. Kim Russell is a very professional & admirable dentist there is. I have been going there for many years even if the distance is far, but knowing that I am being treated like family there not only by Dr Russell but also by his staff is very warming. I had a really bad toothache over the weekend & as soon as I called them the very next business day, they took me in that very morning even as a last minute appointment! They never fail to listen to you. He takes his time to know his patients during each visits and that alone makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Doctor is very funny and welcoming. My 2 & 4 year old enjoy dental visits with him and are not terrified. He explains each step to them and shows them the tools he will be using for cleaning. Love that this is a small family practice. They really take the time to get to know their patients. I would recommend

Retainer broke. Left 2 voicemails and no call backs. Once they fixed it it was fine. But not even a week later the whole left glued cap (all intact) popped off while eating mashed potatoes. I called to inform them and they blamed it on what I've been eating.
