Love the privacy of this office. Dr. Hinu is super nice and makes you feel at ease. More of a local style, not judgy.

Very impressed! I was quite nervous to have a wisdom tooth extracted last week, but I felt more a ease after Dr. Abraham explained what was about to happen and gave me the info I needed. Dr. Abraham must be very skilled because the procedure was surprisingly quick. He and his staff were very attentive and friendly, and overall I am very happy with my entire experience at Hawaii Family Dental.

This is the worst dentist that I have ever had in my whole life. I am no longer going to Hawaii Family Dental Center for assigning me this poor excuse for a dentist. I found out that they knew that he has poor patient side manner but they keep assigning him. I told him that I had problems but he just rushed right through an annual exam like he had a hot date or something. He is outright rude. His patient side manner should be recorded so that dentists know how NOT to behave and treat patients.

My 10 yr old son had just finished invisalign last week with Dr Gerald Kim and is he not only such a great orthodontist but an amazing human being! He and his staff are so friendly, down to earth and so far from what I've seen just good at what they do. Let me just say I am not one who jumps on the band wagon or brushes things off easily. I always speak my mind if something rubs me the wrong way, I do my research, I am huge on customer service and absolutely hates the dentist so trust me when i say they're worth the consulation its free anyway haha and you can be the judge yourself. Highly recommend!

I just love Dr. Merrick and her staff. First...shout out to the receptionist for always hooking me up with my appointments! (I have 4 kids, so I have to schedule on weekends or late on Wednesdays). The receptionist knows my dilemma, and she’s great with booking my appointments in advance so I won’t miss the time slots I need. Now, Dr. Merrick...to say she is gentle or sweet or friendly would be a gross understatement. She’s literally the best dentist I’ve ever had. She listens to my concerns and she is knowledgeable about the best course of treatment regarding my teeth. I told her I am vain when it comes to my smile, so protect it...she does! I have TMJ and Dr. Merrick is always careful of the amount of time she spends inside my mouth so my jaws don’t lock on me 😬 (👈🏾 That’s how I’ll look!) I am really happy I was referred here and the best part...they accept VA insurance.

It has kind of good dental

Dr. Blake Kitamura is not only a nice person with a great bedside manner, he’s also extremely competent and provides excellent care. My procedure was rather complex, and ended up painless both during the procedure, and post op. Post-op, I took one dose of Tylenol immediately afterward, used the cold pack provided by Dr’s assistant, and needed nothing more. I attribute the great post-op time to Dr. Kitamura’s skill as an oral surgeon, the surgery was done quickly and skillfully, which minimized trauma to the site, and hence no pain. The treatment rooms are very clean and this business uses great technology, like on-site CT Scanner, computerized oral profiling, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Kitamura.

Dr. Moriguchi is Mr. Aloha! He was my dentist as a child, and now he sees my niece and nephew. They LOVE him. And I love the way the staff is so helpful and caring when it comes to patient care. You can see it in the way that they talk to the children and even the way they decorate the office. Keep up the good work guys!

This is the place to have your Root Canal done. Dr. Farid B. Shaikh D.M.D. is the most patient, caring gentle Dr. I've ever encountered for my root canal in December. I did not even feel the shots which is what hurts the most and he did a thorough cleaning and dissolved my infected 2 molars which were severely infected prior with medication. They have the state of art advanced technology in digital exrays with an Awesome staff too. No more pain for me. I will continue to see this Doctor always. I had a Root Canal couple months earlier with Gentle Dentel in Pali Momi and thought I was going to die in the chair with the shots given to me and even yelled and could not stop shaking with the shots giving to me prior to the Root Canal. What a Terrible experience! Thank you Dr. Shaikh for your patience and making me soo comfortable with my Root Canal. I'm so glad I found you.
