Dr. Haruki is a competent doctor, the facility is clean and professional; that is where the niceties end. I had one wisdom tooth removed and was told that I would only experience pain for 1 or 2 days and was given a very small amount of medicine. I was in INTENSE pain(and I have a very high pain tolerance) for 6 straight days! I would NOT recommend this place, go see a doctor who isn't afraid to do his job and prescribe the proper amount of medicine.

Our child had his expander come off while on vacation. They scheduled our appointment immediately. Everyone in the office was incredibly polite and the environment is very patient focused. They took the time to bond with our son to make him comfortable. Also communicated with our orthodontist on the steps they took. Definitely would rate higher than 5 stars if we could and would select them as our orthodontist if we lived here!

Best dentist I've ever had! Very thorough and always telling you whats going on in there. Also very gentle! I have a lot of preexisting implants and such and he is the best dentist I've ever had at making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain.

Dr. Ozaki is who you want to see if you're looking for a dentist. He prides himself on being thorough and his customer service is top notch! Don't let his youth or limited years in the profession deter you as I found it refreshing to visit a dentist with enthusiasm and he takes pride in his craft. He will do all the routine work you'd expect and if any extra work is needed he'll go over it with you step by step. He'll explain what is needed now vs down the road and the office staff will give you all the numbers as it applies to your insurance (what is covered vs out of pocket expenses). Making an appointment is easy and they have validated parking within the building, not to mention the location in town is easy to find and get to. Again, if you're looking for a new dentist, go no further than Dr. Ozaki!
